Hey there! I’m a 44-year-old mom, former nurse, and travel enthusiast with a soft spot for France (and baguettes, obviously!). I’m always down for a good laugh, love diving into a great book, and meeting awesome people. When I’m not planning my next adventure, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking up something delicious for friends and family.
I created Maison d'Amies after traveling extensively on my own and realizing how uncomfortable solo travel can feel for many women. My friends often shared the same frustration—they wanted to explore the world but didn’t have anyone to go with, whether due to being divorced, single, or simply the only adventure-seeker in their group.
I wanted to create a space for women that wasn’t focused on wellness or yoga, but instead on rediscovering themselves, their passion for life, and a sense of adventure.
