Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Here you'll find the official rules for entering and participating in the Maison d'Amies trip giveaway. It covers eligibility, prize details, entry requirements, winner selection, and limitations of liability. By entering, participants agree to these terms, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the giveaway process. Please review this page carefully to understand all conditions before participating.

Prize Inclusions

  • Double-Occupancy Room Lodging for the duration of the retreat (will be paired with another traveler)

  • One full-day excursion.

  • All meals served on the retreat property.

  • Wine provided on the retreat property.

Prize Exclusions

  • Flights and transfers to/from the retreat.

  • Meals and wine off the retreat property.

  • Personal expenses, including souvenirs and additional excursions.

  • Participants are responsible for obtaining travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

Eligibility

  • The winner is responsible for ensuring they have a valid passport and any required visas for travel.

  • Must be 21 years of age or older to enter.

How to Enter

  • Follow the entry instructions outlined in the giveaway post.

Winner Selection:

  • The winner will be selected randomly.

  • The winner must claim the prize within 24 hours of notification or a new winner will be chosen.

Prize Validity

  • The trip dates are May 11-17, 2025.

  • These dates are fixed and cannot be rescheduled.

  • Specific arrangements for accommodations and excursions will be coordinated based on availability during this period.

Non-Transferable

  • The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.

Health & Safety

  • All participants must comply with any health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the retreat.

  • All participants must comply with the retreat code of conduct, failure to do so will result in immediate expulsion from the retreat.

  • While Maison d'Amies will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary restrictions or preferences, we cannot guarantee that all needs can be met due to local availability or dietary limitations. Participants are encouraged to communicate any dietary requirements in advance, and we will do our best to assist.

Legal & Liabilities

  • Maison d'Amies is not responsible for any travel disruptions, injuries, or other incidents that occur during retreat.

  • Participants are responsible for securing their own travel insurance.

  • Maison d’Amies is not responsible for any additional expenses incurred as a result of a participant's failure to comply with the terms and conditions and the code of conduct.

Miscellaneous

  • Maison d'Amies reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway at any time.

  • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.

  • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to be photographed and featured in marketing materials for Maison d'Amies. This may include but is not limited to website content, social media posts, and promotional materials. The winner grants Maison d'Amies permission to use these images for marketing purposes without further compensation.
